Middle School Spelling Was All the Buzz!
On January 23, Middle School students gathered in the CCA to cheer on their peers participating in the Spelling Bee.
Seventh grader Nahla B. was named Spelling Bee Champion after nailing the words “chiasmus” and “estampies.” Seventh grader Lucas N. was runner-up. Kudos to Nahla and Lucas on a job well done!
Join us in wishing them good luck as they head to the next round, representing Buckley at the LA Regional Bee! This year’s spelling bee will take place in the form of an online assessment that will include spelling and vocabulary. Click here to learn more.
