Middle School Orientation is a way to bring new and returning students together before classes start for group activities, gym games, longer advisory meetings, and campus-wide activities.
“We wanted space and time to build our Middle School family, to provide a soft landing for new students, and bring everyone together,” says Interim Head of Middle School Gregg Sacon, who spearheaded the new program. "It’s well-known that students thrive and succeed when they feel comfortable and connected, so the whole point was to bring students together in a fun and meaningful way. Last year was a great success, and I look forward to working on improving the experience this year.”
