In other sports news, congratulations to senior Caroline B. on her outstanding performance at the Interscholastic Equestrian Leagues first show of the 2017-2018 school year. Caroline placed first in three of her five classes and was the Varsity Overall Champion, the Varsity Hunter Champion, and the Varsity Equitation Reserve Champion!
And last but certainly not least, on Saturday, October 28, senior Michael G. won the largest Southern California pre-season wrestling tournament where he competed over the course of 12 hours. Way to go Michael! We did not film the first match because he pinned his opponent so quickly.

Congratulations to all our athletes, and go Griffins!
