Buckley students Featured in TWO Separate Articles in this Month’s Ventura Blvd. Magazine!
The magazine’s cover story profiles “10 Extraordinary Teenagers who are Excelling Wildly in the Valley.” Buckley senior Vale R. is one of them – featured for his incredible accomplishments in engineering research, and for being on track to earn his pilot’s license this summer. In the same issue, Izzy and Sophie U. are pictured with their invention, Sozy pencils, in the article Discover the Entrepreneurial Endeavors of 3 Teenagers. Many of us are already familiar with the ingenuity of Izzy and Sophie, who designed the Sozy Pencil – a hybrid pencil/highlighter– when they were in the sixth grade. It’s great to see Sozy Pencils still going strong, more than two years later!
