Boys Tennis Team Makes History
This year, making history at Buckley, the boys tennis team has been officially recognized as a Division 1 team.
Prior to this accomplishment, the team competed in Division 5, and over the years, with the mentoring of Coach Sue Sherman, earned a Division 1 spot.
“I am so pleased that CIF recognized our school with the Division 1 promotion. The hard work and the school pride coming from our tennis players helped us achieve this status. We earned CIF’s respect even though we are, relatively speaking, a very small school. I am so proud of my players who helped the school make history,” said Sherman.
