What do we look for in prospective employees?

We seek faculty and staff members who are passionate about learning and committed to nurturing and challenging students. In addition to being skilled in your craft, you should be technologically savvy, enjoy outside interests, and have a positive attitude and a sense of humor. Teachers should have both a national and a global perspective on preparing students for the world in which they will live. And, in all cases, we look for individuals who will be active participants in the school community beyond their normal work.
