Student Leaders for Service Committee Launches!

Six students from Middle School and 16 Upper School students were selected as leaders of this year's service committee.
These students have demonstrated interest or engagement in service, diversity, equity, inclusion, and leadership on Buckley's campus and beyond. The Student Leaders for Service Committee (SLSC) is a group of students in grades 6-12 who are fully committed to living Buckley's mission through service.

The committee are expected to exceed the minimum member responsibilities. The group carefully plans and volunteers at events to promote the well-being of unhoused individuals, veterans, the disabled, foster children, refugees, the environment, and more. They will also help pilot an online service and engage in discussions about critical service learning.
