For our next maker challenge, you are invited to design your own FOOD TRUCK!
Your challenge: design a food truck you wish was parked outside your home right now!
Due date: Monday, April 20, 2020
Instructions:
Plan: Choose your medium. You may use this template or create your own food truck using whatever materials you like – paper, Play-Doh, Legos, cardboard, you name it. Be creative!
Create: Draw or build your food truck.
Share: Scan or take a picture of your creation, then email it to buckleyathome@buckley.org, along with a brief description of the “Top Four Menu Items” sold by your food truck.

Instructions
Using supplies you have available at home, build an invention for the future.
Instructions:
1. Scout your supplies. Below is a list of the supplies you may use. Please note, you may only use up to 15 supplies. You may choose to use a combination of different supplies or 15 of one thing. It’s up to you, as long as the total is 15 or under. So start by looking around and seeing what you have available.
Piece of 8.5” x 11” paper
Index card
Toilet paper tube
Rubber bands
Drinking straws
Popsicle stick
1 ft. of string
1 ft. of tape
Paper clip
Pipe cleaner
Binder clip
2. Plan: Before you build, it’s always a good idea to sketch your design and problem solve.
3. Build: Make something awesome!
4. Share: When you've finished this challenge, take a photo of your invention and email it to buckleyathome@buckley.org with the subject line 'Makerspace Challenge.' We’ll post them here!
