The Buckley School has a growing culture of philanthropy and a long history of generosity from the members of our community. Financial support from parents/guardians, grandparents, alumni, faculty, staff, and friends has shaped the school and provides top-notch opportunities and resources for our students and programs. Major gifts raised during the Dare to Be More Campaign along with annual fund support have truly transformed Buckley’s campus over the past few years, and none of it would have been possible without the role of our donors.
Philanthropic support, in any amount, sets an excellent example for current students about the value of giving back to your institution. And Buckley is a non-profit organization, so monetary donations are tax deductible. For more information, please visit Frequently Asked Questions.
The Advancement Department is in charge of the fundraising operation at Buckley, including Annual Giving, Capital and Endowment Campaigns, the Gifts-in-Kind program, and special gift opportunities. They manage alumni relations, parents of alumni relations, and relationships with former faculty and staff. They are also involved with event planning, data management, volunteerism, and support for the Board of Trustees. The Advancement team works closely with the Parents’ Association, the largest volunteer organization on campus and one of the school’s key annual contributors.
For the 2013-2014 school year, the Advancement Co-Chairs on the Board of Trustees are Corii Berg and Jeremy Richards.
