At Buckley, we believe that high school students should become accomplished generalists before beginning to specialize in college. Our 4-Fold Plan educational philosophy and college preparatory curriculum ensure that all of our graduates receive a well-rounded, liberal arts education. The program incorporates 21st century learning principles, from globalism and innovative problem solving to integrated technology and media literacy. And our small school size makes participation in numerous extracurricular opportunities possible. While many of our students have a specialty or passion - be it in the arts, athletics, or sciences - they all truly engage in each aspect of the 4-Fold Plan.

We also believe that learning to think critically and creatively is paramount to students' development and education, as is strength of character. Human values are embedded in every discipline of our curriculum and are given primacy through vehicles such as "The Buckley Commitment."
