We also support and encourage diversity in the workplace and the classroom, as well as continuing professional development for our teachers and staff. Last year, 51 employees attended seminars and workshops and 16 employees were enrolled in degree programs at various universities.

What do we look for in prospective employees? Besides being skilled in your craft, you should be technologically savvy, have a passion for learning, enjoy outside interests, and have a positive attitude and a sense of humor. Teachers should have both a national and a global perspective on preparing students for the world in which they will live. And in all cases, we look for individuals who will be active participants in the school community beyond their normal work.
